Kids Ministry is more than a place to pass the time while adults gather-it's a space designed with intention, joy and lots of care.

Every Sunday, we open God's Word, have fun together, and remind each child that they are loved-by us, and more importantly, by the God who made them.

RVKids offers care and teaching for children from 6 months to 5th grade, with intentional classrooms and rhythms to support their development.

The Things We Share

We believe that the Bible is a unified story, from Genesis to Revelation, leading us to know Jesus who is at the center of that story.  We use Wonder Ink Curriculum, a trusted discipleship plan that combines Scripture, prayer, worship, and fun activities designed to stick with kids throughout the week.

Our teachers live genuine, godly lives and are full of love for God and His people. They are examples of the faith and exude trust and joy in God to the students they are teaching.

Caring for children is not a right, but a privilege. We are accountable for the way we minister to and care for them. Children's ministry is not a second rate ministry but a massive priority in the teachings of Jesus and in the hearts of His church. As Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

We are blessed to include Kids in our worship gatherings! We intentionally invite all of our elementary age students (K-5th grade) to join us in our 1st Sunday worship gatherings instead of having classes. Kid's worship sheets and crayons are available to help children begin engaging with what's happening in the larger worship gathering. Please feel free to put bring quiet toys, tablets, paper and crayons, etc., to help your kids acclimate to being in the worship gathering.

We take your child's safety seriously, and we've built systems to help you feel confident from the moment you walk in: Children are never alone with a single adult. We follow smart, safe classroom ratios at all times.

Room Ratios: Every adult over 18 is background-checked and trained before serving. 

Volunteer Screening: Every child receives a tag with their name and a uniqe code. Parents get a matching tag for pick up. Lost a tag? We'll check your ID against our database before releasing your child.
